SHE Manager - Where Operational Excellence Meets Innovation

We are supporting a globally recognized leader in the Raw Materials sector in their search for a SHE Manager to join one of their key European production facilities. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee SHE activities across the production and R&D sites.
• Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs, risk management strategies, and compliance processes.
• Drive the implementation and adoption of a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with production, R&D, and operational leadership to ensure operational excellence alongside safety.
• Mentor and manage a small team of SHE professionals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to site management on all SHE matters.

Key Requirements

• Level 1 Prevention Advisor certification (Belgium).
• Extensive experience in SHE management within manufacturing, ideally in chemicals or related industries.
• Strong track record in risk management, compliance, and embedding safety culture.
• Ability to influence and engage teams across all levels of the organization.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information

• Location: Belgium - Walloon region
• Package: Competitive, including salary and benefits, aligned with experience - €95,000 to €120,000 basic dependant on experience
