Site Team Lead / Site Supervisor (Project Manager - Freelance)

Contract: 12 months (high likelihood of extension)

Start: April/May

Type: Freelance contract via Amoria Bond

We are supporting a major industrial manufacturing client in Belgium as they continue to scale and deliver a portfolio of ongoing investment and improvement projects.

The Role

You will operate in a cross‐functional, industrial production environment, taking a hands-on leadership role across multiple technical workstreams. While food industry experience is an advantage, it is not required—the key focus is strong industrial project delivery.

You will contribute to both planning and execution, supporting teams on-site, coordinating contractors, and ensuring safety, quality, and progress across all activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day‐to‐day project coordination in an active industrial environment.
• Act as a hands-on Team Lead supporting multiple work packages across process, mechanical, civil, and general site activities.
• Ensure safety standards are rigorously followed across the site.
• Drive proactive problem-solving and support technical decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain workflow continuity.
• Support equipment installation and various construction-related tasks.

Profile Requirements

• Proven track record in industrial project environments (manufacturing, engineering, production, or similar).
• Hands-on, proactive working style.
• Experience in cross-functional technical roles.
• Food industry background is a bonus, not a requirement.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage on-site contractors.
• Safety-first mindset with experience enforcing site safety standards.
