Location: Halle (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Languages: Dutch and/or English Employment Type: Freelance Start Date: ASAP   Context of the mission: We are looking for a passionate, highly experienced Senior Solution Architect Coach to join the client#39;s team. We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect - Coach to provide mentorship and guidance to a growing team of solution architects, with a specific focus on integration architecture and software development practices. As a Senior Solution Architect - Coach, you will leverage your deep technical expertise and leadership abilities to guide architects in designing robust, scalable, and effective solutions while fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. You will play a key role in driving architectural best practices and helping to ensure the long-term success across the organisation.   Experience: ·  8+ years of experience in solution architecture, with a strong emphasis on integration and software development. ·  At least 2 years of experience in a coaching or mentoring role, helping technical teams grow and improve. ·  Proven experience with architectural frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate) and their application in real-world scenarios. ·  Hands-on experience with integration tools, platforms, and technologies (e.g., middleware, APIs, microservices architecture, cloud-based integration). ·  In-depth understanding of modern software development practices, including Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
