What Kind of Company Is HyperCharge?
We’re a
SaaS company : we develop and operate our own no-code automation platform. Our tool is already being used by major companies, and we’re now scaling rapidly across Central Europe with plans to expand internationally.
Right now, we’re in that sweet spot:
big enough to have impact, small enough for everyone to make a difference . We work agile, move fast, and keep things lean and collaborative. The team has a young, entrepreneurial mindset — open, honest, and always ready to iterate.
We're at a tipping point: product-market fit is there, the client base is growing fast, and the next stage is all about scaling — think: more marketing power, international onboarding, and adding a few great people to help us pull it off.
If you want to be part of something that’s still taking shape — and help steer it — this is your moment.
No need to Google us or check our website — we know it's terrible. It’s a one-pager we slapped together between onboarding two clients and shipping five features.
Priorities, right?
Design the Bigger Picture — Not Just the Process
At HyperCharge, we help organizations — from mid-sized companies to complex enterprises like Volvo and DAF — transform how they operate through workflow automation.
Our platform turns fragmented processes into structured, scalable systems. But designing
how
everything fits together? That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a
Solution Architect
who can bridge business and technology — someone who doesn’t just understand processes, but can design the
right solution architecture around them .
Your Role: From Understanding to Architecting
This role evolves in two phases:
Phase 1 — Platform Mastery (Implementation)
You start hands-on to deeply understand our platform:
Analyze and model business processes (BPMN)
Implement workflows in our no-code platform
Work closely with clients and internal teams
Learn the technical capabilities, limits, and patterns of our system
Phase 2 — Solution Architecture (Focus Role)
Once up to speed, you shift towards:
Designing end-to-end solutions for clients
Defining how our platform fits into the client’s IT landscape
Shaping integrations with external systems (DMS, ERP, APIs, etc.)
Deciding: configure, integrate, or extend the platform?
Translating architecture into clear handovers for implementation teams
The goal:
free up your time to focus on high-impact thinking, client discussions, and solution design — not execution.
What You’ll Be Doing
Understand complex environments
Analyze client processes, systems, and constraints across departments and tools.
Design solution architectures
Define how business requirements translate into scalable solutions within our platform and beyond.
Model processes (BPMN)
Create clear, structured process designs as the foundation for implementation.
Own integrations
Design how systems connect (APIs, webhooks, data flows).
Guide implementation teams
Translate architecture into clear functional and technical specifications.
Advise clients strategically
Help clients understand trade-offs: standard vs custom, short-term vs scalable.
Shape the product
Identify gaps in our platform and work with product/dev teams on improvements.
What You Should Bring
Strong ability to
understand and structure complex business processes
Experience with
BPMN or process modeling
Solid understanding of
system architecture and integrations
Hands-on familiarity with concepts like:
APIs, webhooks, HTTP calls
JSON, data structures
System integrations (ERP, DMS, SaaS tools)
Experience with automation or SaaS ecosystems (e.g. Make, N8N, Zapier, Salesforce, Monday, etc.)
Ability to
translate business needs into technical solutions
Strong communication skills — you can switch between business and technical stakeholders
Analytical, structured, and comfortable making architectural decisions
Proactive mindset — you take ownership and think ahead
Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
Why This Role Is Different
You’re not “just implementing” — you’re
designing the solution
You grow into a role with
maximum leverage and impact
You work on
complex, real-world environments
You help shape both
client architecture and our product roadmap
What Success Looks Like
Clients trust your designs because they
scale and make sense
Implementation teams can execute smoothly based on your architecture
You reduce rework by getting the solution right upfront
You spend more time on
thinking, advising, and designing
— not building
