STORE MANAGER

Offering:

• Salary up to €52K, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all store operations, ensuring efficient and seamless daily activities
• Boost sales results by setting the standard, mentoring the team, and executing initiatives to surpass objectives
• Foster long-term customer loyalty by nurturing meaningful and lasting client relationships
• Track and evaluate sales performance, identifying opportunities and implementing actions to enhance store profitability

Requirements:

• At least 4/5 years of experience in a similar role within premium or luxury retail
• Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service
• Energetic, confident, and results-oriented with a target-driven mindset
• Fluent in English and Dutch
