We are looking for 3 Strategic Education Advisors who will operate from our (to be established) offices in Tanzania .

Minimum Requirements: At least four years of work experience within the Tanzanian education system and sector.
Experience with change management and capacity strengthening processes in the context of educational systems.
Experience with evidence-informed project management in education.
Proficient in English, with a CEFR level of C1 or higher.
Proficiency in Kiswahili.
Possession of a work permit for Tanzania.
Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of at least one of the following areas: blended professional development in the education sector, school leadership professional development in Tanzania, scaling education innovation in the Tanzanian government system.
