Job description Job profile
- A general and broad knowledge of IT :
- Hardware (desktop, laptops, printers, scanner, fixed and mobile telephony, ...),
- Network (LAN, WAN, WiFi, VPN, ...),
- Applications (Office, Active Directory, Antivirus, NAC etc.),
- Operating systems (Windows 10)
- Basic network infrastructure (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, SWITCHES, ROUTERS).
- Inventory management, procurement, and disposal of hardware (PCs/ printer/ consumables).
- Knowledge of Windows10, Office 365 (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- You will handhold/ troubleshoot/ support our Internet Banking Customers.
- You will be responsible for updating of KYC files of the clients on an ongoing basis.
- You are great at analytical thinking and often think in a solution-oriented manner. You support users who experience software and hardware problems. You are the first point of contact on the Helpdesk for end users and responsible for taking the problems into your own hands. You are expected to offer a high level of customer focus and assist end users with their IT problems (Hardware, network, applications, ...).
Profile
- You are legally authorized to work in Belgium i.e. PR holder or citizen of Belgium/ EU.
- You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Duch is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in IT, or prior work experience in IT support/ helpdesk / service desk environment. Knowledge of ITIL is a plus.
