Your responsibilities as Supply Chain Business Partner include: Defining and implementing Supply Chain flows for new customers with the ultimate goal to ensure correct delivery on time by: Understanding customer requirements to translate into a detailed actionplan. Defining detailed project plan including milestones. Ensure follow up of progress with key stake holders on frequent basis. Ensure correct set up of the system in terms of masterdata, layouts, specific functionality. Ensure timely integration of business into the S&Op process. Documenting and governing of new supply chain flows. Aligning expectations and deliverables in different domains with regards to new business: Customer Service, Logistics and planning across different countries. Develop internal processes, framework and service level agreements to support future business. You lead, motivate and develop your team for the future. As Supply Chain Business partner you are part of the Supply Chain team of La Lorraine Bakery Group within the Business Unit (BU) Frozen. This BU is one of the European market leaders for frozen bake-off products in retail and foodservice, with the ambition to further transform the bakery market worldwide. As Supply Chain Business partner, you actively contribute to the business growth in the new markets in the Frozen BU. You’re the expert to develop and implement the Supply Chain flows for new markets/major international accounts within our growing logistics network. You support new business by aligning expectations, deliverables and defining SLA’s. You’re actively leading each individual project and ensure correct delivery in time in line with the set agreements. You hold a master’s degree in an economic orientation You have a solid Supply Chain experience of minimum 10 Years in the area of logistics, export and planning You’ve an in depth understanding of Supply Chain networks You speak and write in English and Dutch fluently. You have good communication skills and are able to communicate with all levels in the organization and with the customer. You have strong analytical skills Knowing your way in SAP is a must.
