Your role

As a Support Back Office Employee, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll answer their questions, you analyse their questions and provide tailored offers. You'll work closely with your colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and contribute ideas to improve our processes.

What we're looking for

  • You are fluent in French and Dutch (English is a plus!).
  • You have experience in customer service and genuinely enjoy helping others.
  • Must have a strong affinity for written customer communication and a passion for resolving product-related inquiries with clarity and accuracy
  • You can recommend the right products at the right time.
  • You are flexible, eager to learn, and able to adapt during busier periods.
  • Technical skills or understanding is a plus
