What You'll Do

• Maintain & Monitor: Oversee servers, networks, and system infrastructure to guarantee optimal uptime and reliability.
• Support & Troubleshoot: Be the go-to expert for resolving technical issues—supporting both users and critical IT projects.
• Install & Upgrade: Manage hardware and software installations, configurations, and upgrades to keep our tech cutting-edge.
• Access & Security: Control user access to IT systems and ensure the highest standards of data security.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices—applying your knowledge to drive innovation at Repanels.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar, or relevant IT certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, etc.).
• Experience: 2–3 years in a System Administrator or similar IT role.
• Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills, solid teamwork, and clear communication.
• Languages: English (required). Bonus points for French, Dutch, Polish, or Italian.
• Willingness to travel: Our base is Tournai (BE), but we also ask that you be prepared to occasionally service our branches in Poland and Switzerland locally.
