System Analyst Billing (m/f/d)

Your tasks in the team

• You are the link between product management and the development teams, take up the initial requirements and concretize them to such an extent that the business process can be realized - while observing the rules applicable in the German energy market
• As our solution is used by many municipal utilities, your goal is to design the process in such a way that it can be used out-of-the-box by a large number of our customers
• You use your skills to design complex processes as efficiently as possible and make them easy to use for users
• You monitor and approve the implementation of your business processes
• As part of our agile development process, you will be involved in planning the development phases and maintaining the backlog

What you bring with you

• Training/studies in the field of IT, business administration or comparable
• Professional experience in the analysis and implementation of software projects
• Interest in energy industry topics
• Expertise in billing in the energy sector or interest in quickly familiarizing yourself with this area
• Mastery of at least one common analysis method and knowledge of modeling
• Quick comprehension and enjoy structuring complex processes
