Talencia Consulting is currently looking for an AI Engineer is for a proactive and solution-oriented individual with a strong mindset, capable of tackling complex challenges with creativity and autonomy. Location: Charleroi (on-site only, no remote work possible) Contract: Freelance, 6-month renewable contract with potential for long-term collaboration Level: Hands-on profile with initial experience in AI development Profile sought: Not necessarily an expert, but autonomous in delivering AI projects Main responsibilities Develop and integrate AI models into business solutions Design, deploy, and maintain AI systems on Azure and other LLM platforms Connect third-party models via API and leverage internal data Work closely with technical teams (back-end, front-end) and project teams to industrialize AI solutions Required technical skills Azure Openai Claude Llama Deepseek API integration and handling of JSON data Nice to have: Knowledge of 3D engineering software (e.g., Solidworks, AUTODESK) is a strong asset for certain specific projects Soft skills: Team player with a curious mindset and eagerness to grow Ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts Self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and adaptable Positive mindset and humble attitude Mission context Hands-on projects involving AI: ERP, NLP, automation, data analytics Collaboration within a multidisciplinary team: development, cloud, product Company culture focused on innovation, impact, and continuous improvement
