This is your chance to make an impact in an organisation committed to innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence.Your RoleDevelop and optimise procurement strategies aligned with strategic goals.Coordinate with Strategic Sourcing Managers to ensure uniform processes and methodologies.Create risk models and tailor Kraljic matrices to address diverse risks and procurement impacts.Ensure compliance with procurement laws and regulations, translating them into user-friendly tools.Lead projects to enhance procurement frameworks using platforms like SAP, Ariba, and e-Procurement.Oversee ISO 9001-certified Sourcing Excellence frameworks and supplier qualification processes.Benchmark with public and private sector leaders to stay ahead of industry trends.Guide, coordinate, and upskill your team for continuous growth.Your ProfileA Master’s degree in engineering, economics, or related fields (or equivalent experience).At least 5 years of relevant experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to work independently.Familiarity with public procurement legislation or a willingness to learn quickly.Expertise in SAP and/or Ariba systems.Proven experience in team leadershipStrong communication skills and able to create clear, concise presentations.Proficiency in one of Belgium’s national languages (C2 level) and working knowledge of the other (B2 level).
