As (Technical) Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and organizing both our Customer Service Team and our Technical Service Team, ensuring that customer satisfaction at Winsol remains high. You will do this by coordinating our service teams, assisting European customers with technical knowledge, maintaining accurate documentation and facilitating communication between customers and internal teams.
In this role, you will report to the Plant Manager.
About the role
More specifically, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Providing structure and a clear framework within which the Customer Service Team and Technical Service Team can operate.
- Collaborating with the various departments to resolve customer queries. In doing so, you will ensure efficient collaboration and good documentation.
- Planning and supervising internal technical training to keep the service team's knowledge up to date and provide them with the necessary materials to support customers.
- Assisting in the efficient handling of claims and interventions. Where necessary, you will be prepared to analyze problems in the field in order to provide a suitable solution.
- Drawing up the schedule for the technicians in the field.
The Technical Service Team is based in Belgium and France. The team consists of colleagues who mainly provide telephone support and colleagues who assist customers on site.
The colleagues of the Customer Service Team are also spread across Belgium and France. They provide support to both our Sales team and our customers.
Our customer base is mainly located in Europe, but we also deliver and provide assistance worldwide.
About you

- Have similar experience.
- Have a helicopter perspective, which you can translate into concrete implementation within the team.
- Are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and solve problems.
- Are customer-focused and deliver the highest quality.
- Are fluent in English and French. Other languages are a plus.
- Have technical affinity.
- Are willing to travel occasionally.
