Role Description

We are seeking a Technical Director for a full-time hybrid role based in Izegem, but also often being with customers to assist them. As the Technical Director, you will be responsible for some key accounts. In addition, you will look into developing, and implementing innovative solutions, together with our suppliers. You will also contribute to process improvements and the strategic development of products and tools.

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Project Management to plan, execute, and oversee technical initiatives
• Excellent decision-making and analytical capabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams of customers
• Solid technical knowledge in machining and cutting technologies is a plus
• A degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline is preferred
