Technical Lead Engineer

We are looking for a Technical Lead Engineer to lead and coordinate the installation of electromechanical modules at client sites, with a focus on mechanical and electrical disciplines. As the on-site technical reference, you ensure quality execution, issue resolution, and team support. Experience in a Data Center environment is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Be the main on-site technical reference for mechanical and electrical installations on data center sites.
• Coordinate and supervise the assembly and integration of modules according to plans, quality and safety standards.
• Provide technical leadership to installation teams and subcontractors
• Identify, analyze, and quickly resolve on-site technical issues.
• Provide support during critical incidents and propose pragmatic solutions
• Train and support client teams on the assembly and operation of modules
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and client requirements

Profile

• Engineer in electromechanics, mechanical or electrical engineering
• Proven experience in the installation of metal structures, and technical equipment on data center sites.
• Fluent English required (French is a plus)
• Experience coordinating field teams or subcontractors
• Strong skills in technical problem solving and operational management
• Leadership, autonomy, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in Data Center or critical infrastructure environments is a major asset
