MyData-TRUST is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join its IT team and support a growing user environment. The role sits within an Apple-first ecosystem (macOS managed via Jamf), combined with Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Okta.
This position is focused on delivering reliable, structured and user-oriented support, within a well-defined framework of processes and standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day L1/L2 technical support to end users
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and system-related issues
- Install, configure and maintain user devices (primarily macOS)
- Manage and follow up on tickets, ensuring proper prioritization and documentation
- Apply IT procedures and standards consistently
- Escalate issues in a clear and structured manner when required
- Support and guide users in their daily use of tools
Technical environment
- Apple: macOS, Jamf (or other Apple MDM), endpoint security (FileVault, etc.)
- Microsoft: Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune
- Identity: Okta (SAML, SCIM)
- Network: Cisco Meraki
- Scripting and automation: zsh/bash, PowerShell, basic API integrations
Profile
- 2 to 6 years of experience in IT support (L1/L2)
- Recent, hands-on experience with macOS is required
- Experience with an Apple MDM solution (Jamf preferred)
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration
- Basic scripting skills (zsh, bash or PowerShell)
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience
- French and professional English (minimum B2)
- Ability to work on-site in Wavre
