Job Title: Telecom Engineer

Languages Required: English & French

Work Location: Brussels, VLG (Hybrid, 2-3 days/week onsite)

Contract Duration: As soon as possible - 05/03/2026

Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities

• The Telecom Engineer Mid-Level will integrate into the team and contribute to daily support.
• They will participate in troubleshooting, optimizing, improving, and implementing Cisco telephony solutions (and related products).
• They will also assist senior telecom engineers in managing and executing projects.
• They will guide end users in the deployment of telephony services.
• Strong technical communication and change management skills are essential.

Required technical skills:

1. Cisco Collaboration: CUCM / IM&P / CUC / EXP CE

• Solution administration (lifecycle and update management, system maintenance);
• Technical configurations (configuration of physical phones or softphones according to company standards, configuration of background elements (CSS/DP/HP/RP/CPG/...).

2. Contact-center: UCCX

• Solution administration (basic knowledge of UCCX development);
• Technical configurations.

3. Supervision & Troubleshooting: Diagnosing faults, resolving incidents and managing new requests.

4. Optional technical skills

• Proficiency in the following "third party" solutions: Peterconnects attendant, MoYoBi/PhonexOne and Rightfax;
• Proficiency in the ServiceNow ticketing tool;
• Proficiency in the Webex environment (video conferencing);
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
