Legal Recruitment Partner , you will have the opportunity to: Collaborate with clients to define the ideal candidate profile for Legal and Tax professionals, both in law firms and companies. Search for potential candidates through our database and your own network, identifying candidates and screening them based on experience, personality, and skills. Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the progress of the search process. Compile a shortlist of the best-suited candidates based on thorough evaluations. To excel in this role, we’re looking for the following qualifications and attributes: A qualified Belgian lawyer with at least 3 years of professional experience in a law firm and/or as an in-house Legal Counsel. Ideally, experience with Big4 or similar organizations. A passion for working with people and excellent communication skills. A service-oriented approach with a high level of discretion in handling confidential information. Enthusiasm for tackling challenging searches and a results-driven mindset. Fluency in Dutch and French, with strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
