Love meeting people, staying organized, and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us out with sales and admin tasks at Grunk's Tavern and our Game Master Worlds events!

Whether you're chatting with fellow adventurers at the booth, helping track orders and stock, or keeping our records in shape, your support helps bring the magic to life. No experience needed, just a good attitude, a smile, and a love for games!

YOUR MISSION

• As a Sales Support, you the sales team with administrative and organizational tasks
• You assist in preparing, following up, and processing quotations and orders.
• You maintain contact with customers and suppliers via email and phone.
• As an Admin Support, you ensure smooth follow-up of files and documentation.
• You create stunning visuals and promo material in Canva.
• You proactively think along to make processes more efficient.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a first relevant experience.
• You are currently studying administration, sales, or a related field (commerciële & administratieve ondersteuning, Winkelmanagement, Marketing- en communicatiesupport, Bedrijfsmanagement, Retail & Store Management, Office Management,..)
• You are not shy on the phone and communicate fluently and professionally, both written and verbal
• You have a hands-on mindset, and the fast-changing environment of our start-up energizes you rather than scares you off.
• You are eager to learn and motivated to gain practical experience in a professional setting
