Description For our client, a biotech company that is a fast-growing & innovative organization, we are looking for a warehouse associate. As a warehouse associate your responsibilities are;
Receiving biohazard products (blood bags, viral vectors, …) in a controlled temperature environment. Accurately process inventory receipts ensuring correct matching to purchase orders, documentation of approvals, quality checks and adherence to policies. Working with equipment and material stored at cryogenic Fill out the Master Inspection Checks (MIC) for incoming materials including: transport unloading, temperature control, integrity control, administrative paperwork related to following correct procedures. Fill in forms & logbooks related to receiving, picking and outbound activities to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) policies in the pharmaceutical environment. Work closely together with the Operations and Quality department to support the Production and Lab activities for our start-up site.
Work in a clean environment where you will wear dedicated gowning clothes. Working in two SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to process inbound, picking and outbound activities. Collaborate with accounting, suppliers and business stakeholders in support of on-going operational efficiency efforts.

Profile Associate’s degree or High-School Diploma. You have relevant warehouse experience with a strong affinity to the pharmaceutical environment.
Detail oriented character with a strong affinity to perform administrative work, fill out forms, logbooks, follow regular trainings. You have an ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and across different functions. You are a problem solver and have strong analytical and data skills. You follow the procedures strictly to ensure both product quality and personal health & safety are followed at all times. Ability to work independently and successfully. You speak very good English or Dutch.
